We want you to be completely satisfied with every order you receive from Innoplast. If you are not, please contact us within 45 days of receipt of your product(s). An exchange, credit or refund will be arranged for stock items you have purchased, excluding shipping charges upon our inspection. Returned, unused merchandise must be shipped in proper packaging (original packaging preferred if possible), freight pre-paid and in good condition for resale. Returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We’re sorry, but custom products may not be returned for credits or refunds. All sales are final on custom orders.

Steps to Returning a product to Innoplast:

  • Call us at 800-516-9287 for a Return Merchandise Authorization. 
  • Send us your purchased products in proper packaging to avoid damage.
  • Innoplast reserves the right to inspect and accept all returns. We may refuse credits based on damage, misused or items that cannot be resold.
  • If warranted, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
