Lead Time

All orders are processed upon receipt during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Most products are shipped within 1 – 4 business days from receipt of order. Actual shipping time is contingent upon merchandise availability, payment or credit verification and ship to location. Custom products will have a longer lead time, which will be noted on your quote/order.

When ordering multiple products on a single order, delivery dates may vary. Products may ship from various warehouses.

Shipping Methods

Innoplast will choose the most economical way to ship your order. Most items can ship parcel via FedEx Ground, however orders for a large quantity or a heavy item will need to ship via common carrier like UPS Freight or YRC (semi-truck).

Additional Services at Delivery

If your order is shipping via a common carrier and you do not have a loading dock or forklift on site, you will need a liftgate at delivery. Additional charges apply for this service. This service needs to be mentioned when you place your order. If it is not mentioned at the time your order is placed, the carrier may have to redeliver a different day and a redelivery charge will apply along with the liftgate charge. Drivers are not required to remove the shipment from the truck, the customer is responsible.

Additional fees will apply when shipping via common carrier where access is limited, restricted or secured, construction sites, oil fields, military bases, or farms. This service needs to be mentioned when you place your order.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling charges. Innoplast’s online tool will calculate shipping as accurately as possible and add the amount to your order. If you prefer, our inside sales team can calculate a more precise shipping rate or can add your account number and ship collect or third party on your account.
