Our Gorilla Post Asphalt Base Plate features .1875 inch thick steel that is zinc plated and uses two lag shields and two stainless steel screws offering maximum holding power in soft asphalt or crumbling concrete. The magnetic plate prevents a Gorilla Post from shifting after impacts, which reduces the risk of trip hazards making it safer for the private and public sector.
