Innoplast Products carry a 5-year warranty, from the time of purchase, against breakage, chipping, cracking, or fading. Any product verified to be defective within the 5-year warranty period shall be replaced. A copy of the original invoice documentation must be presented for replacement.
This limited warranty expressly excludes and does not cover any consequential damages resulting from any Innoplast product which is caused by improper handling, alteration, misuse, vandalism, or incorrect installation. The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in
lieu of all others, oral or written expressed or implied.
